To help us serve you better, we ask that you spend a little time reviewing our web site. We have tried to give you as much information about ourselves as possible, and to anticipate your questions. We believe that the more you know about us, the more we can be of service to you.


We believe that every patient should be fully informed of the nature of their heart disease and the plan for its treatment, so please don't hesitate to ask any questions about your care. As a referral practice, we serve as consultants for your primary care physician. We make recommendations and provide care specifically in the treatment of heart disease. Your family doctor is the final authority regarding your general health care needs.

NWOCC's physicians have all been certified by The American Board of Internal Medicine and are either Board eligible or certified. You may notice that most of our physicians are Fellows of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), a designation which indicates that a physician has achieved the highest level of education and experience in cardiovascular medicine. NWOCC consists of physicians with training in each of the sub-specialties of cardiology. Our medical staff operates as a team. Depending upon the nature of your problem, your physician may recommend that more than one of our physicians participate in your care. Don't be alarmed if this occurs. It's quite normal.
