Scheduling An Appointment With Us

Once you've been referred to an NWOCC physician, you or your primary care physician may make the appointment by calling the office location most convenient for you. Appointments may be made Monday - Friday between 8:00 - 4:30 p.m.

Each of our cardiologists is scheduled in the office an average of one week out of every month. They spend the remainder of their time in the various hospitals we cover. For routine office visits, you can see whichever cardiologist you desire. In short notice situations, you may be encouraged to see whoever is in the office at that time. If this occurs, you can be confident in knowing that the physician you will see has access to your medical file and can provide you with comprehensive and informed care.

While we make every effort to stay on schedule, the nature of our specialty requires that we accommodate many emergencies. When emergencies occur, we will try to minimize your delay or contact you to make alternative arrangements. We ask your understanding in these situations, recognizing that we will extend emergency service to you should the need ever arise.
